C168 Unathourized Sim

I have a motorala C168 shows UNATHOURIZED SIM when I check its imei *#06# no any imei no. display I use repair button according to the documatation folder all process done ok but same.Repair imei but not done,Here is my logs

also flash phone with main + lp + flex + images + melody files the same version.

please, follow my previous advice, don't ignore it and your phone will be repaired for sure !
