PROBLEM in 1.18 version

Just downloaded 1.18 version in support site which i triggered or by clicking on support in version 1.17.

My problem now, when i run 1.18 always hang..Only LOGO of ADVANCE BOX and i saw the THEMIDA icon together on it. Then nothing happens. I still run the 1.17...what suppost to be the problem of my soft or box?? Hope this time will help me..thanks

version 1.19

For those of you still having problems with 1.18 not loading,,, just put
"UFS2XX.dll" file in same directory as where you installed 1.18.

Anyway,, please use the latest version from the support section.

You may have a firewall that blocks the AdvanceBox
software from connecting to the update server.

You can manually download the updates in our
support website if still cannot grant internet
connection for AdvanceBox software.

the same problem here..hmmm, just check the settings. now cannot update. In version 1.18, i can update. Just noticed in 1.19 this log.

I have been struggling for 2 weeks with the same problem as oman99 and meneleo once did. I now see that it is not an isolated problem only affecting me. I checked with a friend here in town and he has also the same problem. I politely requested advice from support and have not received a solution to my problem. Here is what I have done, following instructions exactly from support:

I have installed the Advance-Box in three computers and in all I get the same problem.

1.) Downloaded:
Advancebox V2.17 <-- all-in-one installer
Advancebox V2.20 <-- latest exe update
Pdf V10 Final <-- user manual
UFS2XX.dll

2.)Extracted V2.17 and runned the Installer Package.

3.)Created a new folder inside the AdvanceBox folder and extracted Advancebox V2.20 <-- latest exe update and UFS2XX.dll.

4.)Connected the AdvanceBB5 Box to the USB port and installed the drivers from a specific folder (c:program files\Advance Box\Drivers\AdvanceBox USB Drivers)

5.)Checked "Device Manager" and found "AdvanceBox Interface"
under the USB devices.

6.)Double clicked on the AdvanceBox.exe in the AdvanceBox_2.20 folder.

Outcome: I get the same Feel The Power title and then after 30 seconds the software appears for one second and dissappears. I noticed that when I start the AdvanceBox.exe, the UFS2XX.dll file dissappears.


I would appreciate some advice from support. I have installed in my computers UFS\Twister\HWK , Smart-clip, Ns-pro, Vygis, V-Power, Infinity, Cruiser, MT-Box, Jic, SETools and other simplier software. I AM NOT AN AMATEUR BOX USER. I have struggled installing other boxes, but with this one, it has becomed a real headache.

Once again, help from support would be greatly appreciated.

Hi br, all these problems are result of the usb cable you are useing, look i was facing the same problem and after chaging my cable the problem never happen again. BUT my problem is, what are triggres? how are they used? and i want an explanation on learning mode because when i open my software i cant see any leaning on it, please where should saech in the software to find it. Please help

Hi...

Learning Mode is an alternative method for unlocking which only gets
Activated if the Normal Method of unlocking Fails. You cannot manually
activate Learning Mode in the software as the software will always
try to unlock phone in Normal Method first. If Normal Method of unlocking
FAILS, then you will see a pop-up message that will ask you if you want
to continue with Learning Mode or not.
