lcd change e250d to e250 ??

i have phone e250d and i try change lcd, input e250 but not work... display of e250d and e250 are different !!! any idea ??

the display works but camera is not working, can someone tell us what to do with these lcd to convert them to e250d

i have faced this problem
lcd that on green board not working on blue board e250d
like 2600 LCD & 3100 LCD
