SGH-t629 Keypad Locking

WTF is up with the keypad lock on this phone, and no option to permanently unlock it? After only a couple of days with this phone I'm tired of having to unlock it again everytime I do something with the phone.

I haven't found anything on Samsung's website, but has anyone heard whether there'll be a firmware upgrade that'll change this. I can't imagine too many people are happy with this.

Well, I didn't expect a response because the question must have been beneath the membership. I got rid of the phone instead, while never again to touch a Samsung.
