i have new problem in blackberry help me for unlock

Does the blackberry has password, or do you have any RIM software, I think this is a problem of password on Blackberry or problem because other softwares. Check this and give us Blackberry version as well.

Same problem with same model
Used Desktop Manager to update ROM to latest version but still cannot connect in FG and other tools
DOES ANYBODY have any experience with this ?

I forgot to add that it is password protected
I executed wipe handheld and saved a new password but cannot disable it
Any ideas ?
