plz furious team when i try to update firmware to pack1 or to pack2 i receive this message:

Asking server for access ...

Dongle space: 128 bytes

Erasing ... Please Wait !
E_STAT: 10100011010000
Dongle space: 15360 bytes
Card OS: 110
Latest firmware: FW1_65
Update failed ! Contact support !
Time needed - 00:00:55

All dongles with space < 20KB after format are considered faulty and need to be returned to resallers for exchanged.

The problem am having withmy own box is this response I receive always when I open application: applet not found! update using correct package. I have updated my box many times suceesfull.What do I do

Read faq and see witch pack is required isndie dongle by module you try to use and update dongle with it.
