Anybody who has a full working version of this?

Oxygen SMS ActiveX Control allows you to send and receive text and picture messages, send CLI logos, read and write default SMS centre number, get stored message total and busy count, their locations, read and delete from SMS inbox. You are able to get phones' IMEI, model, software and hardware revision and date, battery and signal levels.
The control can be incorporated into any programming environment that supports ActiveX controls (e.g. ASP, Microsoft Visual Basic, Microsoft Visual C++, Microsoft Access, Borland Delphi, Borland C++ Builder).
The Oxygen SMS ActiveX Control works under Microsoft Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000 and XP operating systems family and supports Nokia 3***, 51**, 61**, 62**, 71**, 8*** series GSM phones.

In a certain point of view you are right there might be no crack for the activex because it relies on an encrypted file with the imei of the cellphone it is used to work with but on the other hand. there could still be a chance to work it out.
if its locked to an imei then no problem, it is very easy to change imei of dct3 handsets.
just change the imei of your handset to that of registered imei
this method works for opmII software, so i am sure it will work with the activex control
so who has it?

there is really no need for any magic OCX, just read some google hits regarding serial port communication and AT commands.
there is lots of source available
