Q100 paused by temperature

Can someone help me with service manual or solution how to repair one Samsung Q100 with "paused by temperature" message on LCD munute or two after plug on charger.

I was think that charger (i haven't original one) is bad, but I try from SGH600 (original), from N100 (original) ect... - every time same result.

All other functions are OK - phone work perfect, but can't be charged :(

And second trouble with Samsung phone - I need flash for N105? If someone have, please, mail me (debeliamark@intercom.bg) !.

Tanx for replay - i was make some experiments - but no luck...

Pfu... - it's not so bad phone on functions and design to put in some dustin angle :(

And no one that have N105 flash also?
