EUB had entered it to Diag Mode but the problem is i can't read anything on screen...and i cant exit it to Diag Mode..
How can i fix it??

To exit from Diag mode:
Type 00 and press right softkey - now you have info about product flags
Press 1 to change the product flag between on/off. Phone will boot normal if product flag is off, else ( with product flag to on ) will go again to diag mode.
Confirm with joystick center button ( this will turn back in initial Diag Mode menu ).
Press right softkey to exit from diag mode.
On next turn on phone must start normaly.

Thanks for the reply.. but the thing is i can't read (figure out) what's written on screen...or this sequence is also applicable even without reading on screen??

yes you can apply secuence even if you cannot read... but my advice is not to play much with such phones which seems damaged by flash, coz your customer can after this claim to you...
