The picture is attached. Any time I try to unlock this KU800, I get the same error and the program shuts down.

I've tried to reinstall, but without success.

Latest version from YOIGO (network) are not possible to unlock by the moment, and not unlockable by any tool right now.

may be this is your problem friend.
