Samsung Any call model like D820 or D808 .When i power on with sim card set goes to flight mode .how i change this to narmal mode

hard to advice,i never hold such model in hands.
but anyway, after you make full backup you can try safe or complete format

maybe it's sim card reader fault

check or resolder quickly sim connector contact, many chineses phones have this problem cause poor soldring :D
