Schedule times to vibrate , silent and loud ring tone for windows mobile

I have a MDA and am looking for a program that will automatically change the phone to silent or vibrate at specific days and times. Like I have class at 8:00 AM on mondays and would like the phone to automatically switch to silent mode at 8:00 AM and then switch back to loud ring tone at 12:00 pm when the class is over.

This option was automatically avail for my old sidekick 3 but I have not found a way to do it on my windows mobile MDA phone. I am guessing there is a program out there that does this, anyone know of the program?
