Please when you open software and select the U700 model TAKE A LOOK the instructions that SOFTWARE GIVES TO YOU about "HOW TO SELECT THE PORTS" your error comes coz you´ve port1 COM1 and port2 USB sphere and you have to put the SAMSUNG CDMA MODEM in one of them... take a look on the SW instructions, choose the right port and post results please....

I have to put the SAMSUNG CDMA MODEM I choose port 1 SAMSUNG CDMA MODEM , port 2 is Easy box . I have ERROR - Can't connect to phone!

in image: ScreenHunter_002.bmp you have all well selected, simply check your phone is on, you have battery enough and good communication, close soft and open again and select same config like this image and re-try.

All might work perfect.
