Yeah im a total noob here and im sure this has been covered like 1,392 times somewhere but i cant find **** using the search feature.
Well when i power on my CU500 i get this damn flashing error message:

Ive talked with tech support enough and they keep telling me its some handset problem or some **** and phone is dead. How can i fix it??? I have a USB cable for it.
And please dont post **** like, flash using this file cause i have no clue what the hell that means.
Thanx!!! Anyone that can successfully help me get the phone working or tell me how i can get the numbers off the phone has a cool ten dollars coming their way :cool::D:D:cool:
