N95 Strange Problem

I hav N95 Restart Only When I Try To Make Call or Phone Recive Call
& I Format Safe & Full & Restore imei & Still The Same Problem
Phone Imei Was Corrupted but now it's ok & Same Problem
& when i Try to Format FFs after restore imei phone imei corrupted again
is is hw problem?

do you flash your phone with some flash files, or just did formating/imei restore?
does this phone calls 112 without sim card inserted?

No Imei Error & I Flashed Phone many times & Erased Whole Flash too Still No Luck
&There's sm kind of Locking on Screen @ Up Idont what's it?

my phone work by 1 operator but dont work by another operator
i do this
A 1-safe format 2-wr imei
B 1-full format 2-wr imei
but my problem not slove
phone reset by call
my phone work by 112 and irancell operator well but dont work by another operator

When i get 1 i will buy & Share with M.r infinity Tillwe found the problem

there is exist some problem with some chinese phones.
