Why I cannot have access on suport

I am trying to download new verison of software but I cannot have an access on support page. It tell me Cant' start web session. I have my eu box from one mothns ago.

Any Idea or maybe server is under construction.

As I told you by MSN this is INTERNET BROWSER PROBLEM, try with other internet browser and see results !!
