Try on an other pc and tell us the result.
unplug any USB device connected to your PC (unlocking tools can affect good communication and may give you dongle not found error), only EUb must be connected

I've got the same problem. With dongle connected and detected i can't open any EU aplication.
I have unplugged any device.
Please, help me.

The problem is in your pc. Try with one clean.
