i get a probleme with eu box ican open the shell
can get lecence but when i try to unlock some model when i click start it auto shut off and the shell become so what is this kind of probleme pleas help

you have a problem with your pc, no with your easy unlocker :D
Try to test with a clean pc.

i format my compuer and instal only easy unlcker but stell same probleme
seems a very strange problem friend... what can I say... if it were a box problem shell will not open so I bet for a PC problem... could you try on other PC please?

Hello m8,can u pls tell me how did u rectify that problem with your PC. I have same problem with my box. I am not able to unlock phones like, u700, g800 using EU box. I have even tried on a brand new pc. But still not working. Can u pls tell me how did u sort out this. I had installed samung modem drivers and box drivers correctly, even I could see the ports on the module software. i have selected Port1 - Samsung modem and Port-2- USB-Serial. But I am getting error message - Can't connect phone
