i have this problem cannot unlock the g800, i bought box y'day and having problem..

why don´t you SELECT correct ports description???
Take a look at the picture please:

in port 2 select the port where you´ve the EUb connected, descripted as SPHERE USB or USB<->COM or so...

ok i understand the CDMA MODEM, but what is the port 2 settings ns pro?

Hi I have G800 handset and after typing in code it displays
"This phone is freezed. Deactivate fail"
How can i solve this problem?

Put it unfreeze code before unlock code.
