me find this problem too...

fisrt the phone only restart with sim inside.
then try to format use infinty but after that phone cannot on anymore.

sorry sir....in my case....i can format the phone.
read flash also....the phone is connect.

now i try to find the similiar files to flash this phone.

the phone firmware is:F463M01_PCB01_GPRS_MT6226_S01.M_RF4631503_M0100 1_V1_0_0_0M0726.BIN

i cannot find it at support.
when i try to flash with: F490M04_PCB01_GPRS_MT6226_S01[1].M_RF4901511_M02002_V1_0_0_0M0917_16m_En_Cn_Cn.B0M

the phone only restart with start up.

any other solution sir....

yes sir...i have the back up because before format the sw detect new firmware and auto back up the firmware.

i found this on my chinese miracle folder.

could you confirm how you get positive result:

you formated faulty phone - it went dead.
after you flashed phone with flash file from support, it was restarting, then you formated FFS and restored IMEI?
