G800 Freeze,
'Normal Mode' can read my phone, but 'Service Mode' can not, anybody know why?? thanks!
by the way, I can unlcok A707 successfully.

try with combo mode.

of course, I have tried Combo mode and Combo Cable.
is there anybody unlocking 'Freeze G800' successfully?
your error comes for a bad communication with Phone, may be better trying on other USB port or with other USB interface, or if possible try in other pc, please check and post results.

how do you explain that I can unlock A707 with the same cable before?
I think it may be in phone 'usbl' was set into 'Media Model' before it got 'Freeze', not 'Pc suit Model' as usually.
is there any code that can directly set 'USB' Model of phone?
the software always show:ERROR-Can't connect to phone, but I can see 'Samsung CDMA Modem' in 'Device Manager' in my PC.
Btw, I use UstPor + Combo Cable

Same story with me.2 absolutely new phones G800 T-Mobile,I have opened myself package.Tried on 3 different boxes(got few of them),
3 different cables,2 computers.ZV60 and U700 does smoothly,G800 ERROR - Can't connect to phone! with combo mode.
With normal mode

In a 5min.after 1st post done,found a topic where essojay suggested,do
not turn on phone before unlock,plug in turned off,wait a bit,then click
unlock.Did as he said and HERE WE GO!Unlock code is realised!!!::p
