i flash it with file in support

yes i see it
the mobile is new

after wrong flash White screen but i dont have bucup of epprom
i flash it flash in support only 1 flash i found
so still White screen
i want anonher flash

you used correct flash file from our support. looks like it is hardware fault in LCD module
