Can't unlock Samsung X500

Hi,

I'm trying to unlock one Samsung X500 from Orange Spain but i can't. This phone is freezed too. Alwas same error:

"Initiating TestMode...
ERROR - MSL auth failed!"

I have tried with diferents computers, changing speed and different cables (always FTDI). This is not the first phone i can' unlock because of same error.

Can you help me please? Anybody has unlocked any X500 with Easy-unlocker?
