U300C need flashing help

hello all,

i have a LG U300C for unlock.as i had U300 unlocking files,i tryed to unlock by that.after writing that all
U300-CODE-TWEETYDR-V10h-Sep-28-2006-H3G-LATIN_OFF_SEC
U300-MEDIA-V10h-SEP-28-2006-H3G-Italy_OFF
U300-MODULE-V10a-May-02-2007-H3G-IT-horuslll
phone is hanged on 3 symbol.if i try to connet with computer right now.it almost show " Error!Nand write"

please help me to solve this problem anyway.
