V3i power on only with charger

Dear friends,
I have a V3i that it was ok and i tried to change full housing and after that, now it powers only with charger and when we plugout the charger, phone will be off.

now working with charger only...

any help?!

check the current of devise,
if it short=====> p-cap. pa
if normal
flash it with Boot *#power
change keyboard flex
