C300 unlocking problem

Cant unlock have this error

Initiating TestMode...
ERROR - MSL auth failed!

any solutions please?Or maybe im doing some thing wrong,just my second phone whit this box.

have you box/dongel?? if dongel >>> you need to use FTDI box becouse it's more stabilized than comX !
