need help for unlock V170 tracfone, can't connect

hi i have problem. i can't connect motorola v170 for unlocking. cable is ok.
this is log from sw window

i check RTS and Backup system area. still cannot connect. in sw there is repair mode connection ( cut track ) what is it mean? like test point? anyone can help me? i need the picture for cut track option for V170
