serious problem with kg225 !!!

i try to flash kg225 with two different versions 10a et 10c
but i got always error after more than 3 minutes
here is the log :

I think you have soem problem with ur box as is not only thing straneg you posted on forum. Try perhaps disable antivirus, sniffers, check battery.
