Hi,
I am new and have problem with support...i use shell 1.21 and can't login.
I don't know what is wrong. I upload picture from device menager and can't find infinity port. And look log from dongle menager:
Dongle serial No (S/N): ***x291E
Firmware version: 010C.02
Smart-card status: activated
"UK edition" status: Off
Last launched application: 001F v.0207
Support area: http://www.infinity-box.com
- Username:
- Password:
Probably dongle data damaged, contact to support !
Dongle parameters checksum: 63345A
- If you can't login into support area: send e-mail with this info to support@infinity-box.com
- If you have problems during start software at first time: upgrade dongle firmware.
