I have 1 pieces L760 and 1 pieces Z170 samsung .I instaled drivers for samsung and I use USB original cables for this phones. I selected phone model and server say PHONE NOT PHOUND .. Any ideea ???? Is urgent ....

You need to Put phone in Qualcom mode then will ask you again to install driver , Qualcom driver already on support , Please always follow instructions in software all steps detailed .

how put the phone in Qualcomm mode . In UMTS mode???

After select L760 there's a window of instructions appear at left , please read it & follow it to complete unlock operation .

I folowed instruction ,but not working . PC see COM 18 CMDA MODEM .I select this port and when I try execute say SEARCING PHONE. PHONE NOT FOUND. WHERE I MISTAKE????WHAT IS WRONG?????

I rezolved the problem whith L760. Now the problem is Z170.
