try power on the phone into emergency mode
if not powered on, maybe it's CU500V
yesterday succeffly unlocked CU500 with on the fly patch method

i have tu500 dead after flash as well - soft said was waiting for phone to wake up but phone never did, wont go into emergeny mode either. I cant re flash the phone to wakeup because soft can not see phone unless power up or in emergency mode. I used correct usb data cable for this procedure. any help would be appreciated, thanks.
