if u have activation for language editor u can try to read hindi dictionary from a flash file and put it inside the firmware of the phone u have ....

by this way u can get what u need

today i saw a chinese sigmatel s3 with hindi language ..
but i was not able to read it as i was in the market at that time ..

so
how to read the language from another chinese mobile and write it to another mobile ?

You need to use Infinity-Box language Editor to modify languages in firmware.
