o2 china touchscreen problem

model no ;a838 looking like an o2,touchscreen not working.i changed the touchscreen ,but no results,pls hlp me.

have you tried calibrating the unit?

thanks for your reply. you mean touchscreen calibration,when i touch anywhere on the touchscreen to calibrate no response from the phone.
