i have found cable usb i said that i can modified cable to make cable rj45 with same pinout cable usb tx _____tx rx_________rx gnd _________gnd true or false ithink that same pinout rj45 and usb tell me if i am not true

hello!

no, you can not use USB cable D+, D- wires to connect with phone Tx/Rx.
box RJ45 port give out TTL level signals, but USB giving USB level.
so to get working cbale you must take rx/tx out from rj45 connector.
