Hi, this is my phone and I have these problems:
1)the mobile autorestart 2-3 times per minute and every time it have to re-search the connection with the line.
2)when I try to turn on the bluetooth, it says:
First:"Switching..."
after: "cancel"
and if I re-try it says: "Initializing bluetooth, Now wait a moment!" but the bluetooth never set on!!
I don't have any idea what brand my mobile is and I would like to know how to change firmware. I tried to restore factory settings but nothing changed.
Please help me

hello!
first of all you must decide which tool to use.
if you will buy infinity- you will be welcome ask questions in this forum.
i think you can solve this problem without flashing
But! you must remmber that sometimes phone faults is caused by hardware reasons, so i cant promice you 100% that we will repair your problem.
if you are not in GSM repairing bussiness- i think is easyer to turn for professional help in some service center

hi Infinity..
What do you think about my problem? How can I solve it?anther specification: when the phone is linked to pc in mass storage modality, it doesn't reboot! maybe is the battery the real problem? but I tried with 2 battery and it's the same..
I'm not in business but I have some experience with mobiles and mp4 china players. But the real problem is that I'm from Italy and here china phones are not usual

try to format it from pc when u connect usb data cable, could be some corrupted data
and ur blutooth module could also be responsible, u said it cant be turned on, if u are good on hardware, try rehoting the module.
