Dear sir
I mistakely flashed a phone looking exactly like T689 but I got white screen and found out that it was a different firmware inside. here is the original firmware name: E550_A3_E550_GPRS_MT6226_S01.01_1
it is not in the support area. can someone help me get it? thanks

unfortunatly, from my side, i can only confirm that we dont have anything similar on our support site.
you must find same phone and read out backup or wait some of our forum members to share it with you
