how to flash CPU 6228 I808 set

i got chinese set Flash CPU 6228 I808. when power on set, set goes to off after start up menu. i try to flash with inifinity box but failed. i formatted set but not fixed that problem. i don't know how can i fix this problem.

its simple that i got chinese CECT I808 Flash CPU 6228 . Set turn off after 5 seconds so plz help me what should i do. is hardware fault or software.?
