T28 charging problem

Please help: T28 shows charging for about 30-60 minutes, but
astually it discharges the battery.
Not a battery problem, i tried a few of them. I also did flash
and eeprom upgrade, it doesn't help.

These are components on T28 main board.
You must have service manual to find this components.
Download service manual from http://www.id2.cz/service_manuals.htm and you will find these components easily.
