I'm sorry, I have been trying and trying to convince max to give the credits back, but the provider says the code is correct as far as they are concerned and won't return our credits.
Again, I am very sorry for this, I did all could do but I can't help anymore. I really wish this could be resolved but unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a way to do that.
If you feel like leaving our service then I can't say I don't understand you, but I hope you will reconsider an continue collaborating with us.

after alt mepe, i enter that code and code error, please wait... and now my i was refund my cutomer money..he is angry with wrong code... and i ask him to send blackberry to me by post package... in my hand same " code error "... and then i return that BB to my customer ... so now my credit lost 30 :-(

Sir, as it was explained before, we can only do and tell you what our providers tell us themselves. As far as they are concerned this code is 100% correct since it also came back the same the second time. I am sorry for this situation but we can only refund you what our provider accepts to refund us and in your case they say this is the correct code.

You should read sticky about sagem service. After read, if you need to cancel, just say the imei and your username.

Bad news, code NOT work, still same, do you need a video or what can we do? I just want to know if you can back my credits or no, i dont have much time to write everytime in this thread.

Yes, in this case you should make a video of the phone's IMEI and code when you enter it and upload it to youtube for example and give me the link so we prove to our providers that this is also wrong and hopefully get a refund.
