I have 6150 with Intel flash 28F160 id 898890. I succesfully read
all flash 200000-400000. When I tryed write new flash, I got
Flash Erase error, Addr 210000, In=FF flash=00. When I flashed
from 200000 - 210000 or from 220000-23000 fls(65536byte), write O.K.
It's a hardware or sw problem? Batery is full. I tryed another Boot and
Flash loaders. I flashed with Dejan 1.0 and 1.05. I tryed Knok22 too and
no success.

Please help, friends phone is dead:-(((

Easy, first download dark flash shell, then unzip, click on the dark flash shell, click on flash id list then backup, under backup, select the phone you want and thenthe version you want to flash to the phone then flash the phone. Your phone should be back to live please let me know if you have anymore problems with this.

but it's hardware problem, probably flash IC.:(
From where I can buy one piece Intel 28F160 ?
