need a T1 protocol SIM card

Hi all,
I need a SIM card which works on T=1 (T1 block mode) protocol for testing purpose. Any pointers or help is highly appreciated.

i don't think there is any gsm sim card that is t1 block mode....

i think, they are all smart card....
