hi

I have tried to build nokia clip using schematic from knofez but now I have a few questions

1. where to connect pin 5 of pic after the 1k to pone and where to connect - pol in schematic to phone

connect the loose end of the resistor to pin 8 of the pic, pin 8 also goes to gnd on the phone and to gnd (-) of the batteries.

In other words... just connect the 3 + symbols together on right hand side of the schematics.

ps. I didn't make the schematics... just fixed up a screwed up schematic Nokiaunlocker posted. But the schematics fixed by me work 100%

hi

here is my report:


I have programed 2 pic 12c672 with Icprog
at the first one I got verify error at 0079h
This pic donŽt work at all
the secound I have is programed with icprog,too.
I get veriffy error at 0200h this pic is working put not right

after powering on the clip I power on the connected phone the led goes off for one secound and after that it goes on again
the phone is on nothing happens the led stays on

Today IŽll get 2 new pics so I will try it again

Try to program the 16f628hex it works. Or change the programmer. I use PicAll from Dobaj.

hi

the 16f628 is good to make a dejan 1.05 box but not to make a unlock clip for dct3 phones If IŽm wrong send me the shematics and hex and I will test it

hex and scheme for dejan box I already have

It's working. Search the hex on the board. Is in the same posts as the 12c672 hex.

But the 12c672 is cheaper to buy... also schematics are simpler (less components, less work)... Why you wanna go for the 16f628?

I made it with that chip as i had the chip on hand. You just need a quartz, 2 capacitors and one led with resistor plus a switch. And it's working ok.

p.s. I'm waiting for 12c672 to test.

the 12c672 solution does not work properly when updating imei and faid it sets a security code which you cannot recover without a full factory reset.

The 16c... solution does everything well.

Try and get a smt 16... it shrinks the process down.

Hi all.
I make this clip, and this clip don`t work corect :(

1. Factory reset OK, unlock no.
2. Damage eeprom for 4 lock.
3. Factory reset OK, unlock yes, IMEI damage.
4. Factory reset OK, unlock yes
5. IMEI change OK.

What problem ?
