hi, i am new here, and i want some help, i want decode cellphones, for me and my friends, and i don't know what to buy to do that, could you help me? for example i have to decode an sony-ericsson k800i, and an samsung e250, i heard something about an " black-box" but i don't realy know anything about it, please help me,

for SE models there are gadgets / boxes you can choose from, same on samsung....try to use the "SEARCH" button you will learn more about each boxes.

i reffer about the operator, i have phone that works only with orange, and i want to make it work on vodafone, O2, etc... and also change the languages of the phone,
