my411v keypad

my411v starts only if charger inserted
can not power on
phone was droped
when phone open all seems ok
keypad flex not damage, no visible liquid
I reheated the small black component under keypad, but nothig
phone don't start, and when charger inserted, phone starts but no key work

ihave also the same problem flex is good ....not water damging what i can do please help sagem specialist
