Hello @LL
i need some help ... I try unlocking samsung j400 with Kulankendi server i have this error msg :
Power Off Phone and connect cable to phone.
Looking for phone...
Phone detected. Mode: BCM Boot
No Response From Phone! > A5
Phone connected well to PC and driver too installed correctly .
Something wrong in server or other related problems ?

No one from KK supporters answer .... that mean j400 j750 solution not 100% working or what ...
I buy credits only for this model and i should fix it .

>> Read Unlock Codes by USB Cable ONLY <<
1. Power ON phone.
2. Select "Read Unlock Codes" and click EXECUTE.
3. Connect USB Cable to phone.
4. If system will find new device then install drivers from support: BTC_USB_Driver.rar
5. Wait for codes read data from phone.
6. When KKClient will ask then power OFF phone(Note: Push power key for longer time and release).
7. If system will find new device then install same drivers.
8. Wait for codes from server.
9. Unlocking and Unfrezzing procedure is same as for P910(select P910 to read) except that 128K simcard is NOT required.

the problem was how we should connect the phone ... 1. Power ON phone. .. thats wrong :)
My J400 unlocked finally .. solution for such problem its connect phone without battery and push powerand keep hold power button and install drivers then unlock phone . that solve my problem .
anyway thx for KK team

yes really sorry, I changed communication routines to be better but I forgot to change Instruction, next update will have fixed instruction and more detailed.
