hi,
when i had unlocked phone and inserted my sim card it worked fine, but when i insert other sim card in my country then it shows network provider but when i try to dial or send message to someone it says please try again later. others say that this is not full unlock. but then how can i get full nec e228 unlock, does i need some other software? i have only nec modified usb cable so i can unlock phone with programs who works in usb like crassy or spunlock unlocker. what i need to do now? maybe i need to flash it? i hav nec uran iplt e228 flasher pl v1.0.0 via usb, does this will works?
