*Dreambox and not the Plus can it be run on DBSS V3.0
Can it be updated with DreamBox firmware v1.11?

*To update Dreambox to Dreambox Plus, how and where?
Can Reseller provide these services?

*What additional cables etc. are needed to use with Dreambox SE...

Yes, it can.

*To update Dreambox to Dreambox Plus, how and where?

You can't update DreamBox to DreamBox Plus. But tell me your serial number (by pm), maybe you already have DB with new hardware.

*What additional cables etc. are needed to use with Dreambox SE...

You just need DCU60 and DB cable for SE (you can find schematic for it here (http://www.dreambox.hk/support.php) ).
The new tp cable is sometimes needed (with old boxes).
