i got one cect ,Q380 model.when powering on its display got stuck,i want it ffs format,is it correct or not & it is not getting into boot.in frent side under display rx1 ,tx1 and rx0,tx0 ,i try to connected to both ,but not connected to box,pls help to solve the problem
