Stage 2 always bad

I have K550
I flashed phone and want write/repair gdfs
Stage 1 always complete but Stage 2 freez on waiting after connect.
I try use all tp for this chip and always the same.
"Stage 1 started
1) Turn OFF the phone.
2) Connect the phone to DreamBox cable.
Boot Responce = 5A

NOR Flash ID = 897E
OTP Status = LOCKED
OTP IMEI = 358516-01-807292-9
OTP CID = 51
EROM Color = 4 : RED
EROM CID = 52

Stage 2 start

Error : Failed.
