Transparent theme?

Hi! I was wondering if anyone has the link to a S60v3 240x320 transparent theme. By transparent I mean a theme with transparent upper and lower bar. I really hate that when I use my own wallpaper it misses the upper and lower part........Hope I managed to explain. :)

Please help.
